NAME GREG’S ACHIEVEMENT CONTEST
OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS IS A JUDGED SKILL CONTEST.

  1. SPONSOR
    The contest is sponsored by OVR Technology, 50 Lakeside Ave, Suite 750, Burlington, VT 05401 (“Sponsor”).

  2. ELIGIBILITY
    Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 and the age of majority in their state of residence when entering. Employees of Sponsor and anyone involved in administering or judging the contest, their immediate families, and members of their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

  3. CONTEST PERIOD
    The contest begins 10/15/2026 at 5pm Eastern Time and ends 10/21/2026 at 5pm Eastern Time (“Contest Period”). Sponsor’s timekeeping controls.

  4. HOW TO ENTER
    During the Contest Period, comment on the designated contest post on @ovromara instagram account with your proposed achievement name answering: “If smelling Greg unlocked an achievement, what would it be called?”

Limit one entry per person, regardless of the number of social accounts used. If you submit multiple entries, only your first eligible entry will be judged. Deleted comments are considered withdrawn. No purchase, follow, tag, share or marketing subscription is required. You must have an Instagram account and comply with Instagram’s terms.

  1. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
    Entries must be your original work, except for references to the game and characters contemplated by the prompt. Entries may not infringe another person’s rights or contain unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, threatening or obscene material. Automated entries, impersonation and attempts to interfere with the contest are prohibited. Entries that violate these rules are ineligible.

  2. JUDGING AND WINNER SELECTION
    By 10/22/2026, a panel appointed by Sponsor will score eligible entries on:
    • Originality: 40%
    • Humor: 30%
    • Fit with Nice Day for Fishing: 30%

If substantially identical entries are received, only the earliest-posted one will be eligible.

The 25 highest-scoring entries from different eligible entrants will win. Ties will be resolved by the higher originality score, then the higher humor score. Any remaining tie will be resolved by an additional judge using the same criteria. Winners will not be selected randomly. Judging decisions are final, subject to applicable law.

If fewer than 25 eligible entries are received, prizes will be awarded only for eligible entries received.

  1. PRIZES
    Each winner receives one digital copy of Nice Day for Fishing for Steam, delivered as a redemption code. Approximate retail value: $19.99 each; $499.75 for all 25 prizes.

Limit one prize per person. Compatible hardware, internet access and a Steam account are required and are not included. Codes are subject to platform terms and expire after 4 months of issuance. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for applicable taxes.

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION
    Potential winners will be contacted by Instagram DM from @ovromara Instagram account by 10/22/2026. They must respond within five calendar days and provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

If a potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted or fails to respond on time, the prize may be offered to the next highest-scoring eligible entrant. Sponsor will never require payment or banking information to claim a prize. Prizes will be delivered within 30 days after eligibility is verified.

  1. USE OF ENTRIES
    Entrants retain ownership of their entries. By entering, you grant Sponsor a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display and repost your entry and Instagram username to administer, announce and promote this contest and its results. No additional compensation will be provided.

  2. PRIVACY
    Information collected will be used to administer the contest, verify eligibility and deliver prizes, in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy: https://ovrtechnology.com/pages/privacy-policy . Entry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

  3. RELEASE AND INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
    To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and Instagram, LLC from claims arising from participation in this contest or acceptance or use of a prize, except liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Information is provided to Sponsor, not Instagram.

  1. ADMINISTRATION
    Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or lost, delayed or inaccessible entries beyond its reasonable control. Sponsor may disqualify entrants who violate these rules or tamper with the contest.

If fraud, technical failure or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially compromises the contest, Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel it as permitted by law. If feasible, prizes will be awarded by applying the stated judging criteria to eligible entries received before the disruption.

  1. WINNER LIST AND QUESTIONS
    To request the winners’ Instagram usernames or ask questions about the contest, contact support@ovrtechnology.com within 60 days after the contest closes.
